Garden to Table

Last week we started Garden to Table.

This week my group were in the garden. We planted the little gardens and weeded the rest of the garden from last weeks unfinished garden.

Last week I was in the kitchen. Last week for cooking we baked:
  • Herb scones
  • Yummy dip (guacamole and hummus)
  • Baguettes
  • Salad  
This week for the cooking they baked:
  • Carrot muffins (delicious!)
  • Flat bread (also delicious!)
  • Salad
  • Pumpkin dip, beetroot dip and cheesy dip.
My garden to table group is Red Radishes: Group C. We are called Pumpkin Power!
Now that I know the creative things you can do with fruit and veg. I love them now because I can make them at home.
